13 passenger max if hiring a captain (14 people total, including babies)
Boats are not allowed past the jetties into the open ocean
Must be 18+ to rent with a valid driver’s license
Born on or after January 1, 1988? You’ll need to complete a Florida Boater's Test (link provided after booking)
No jumping off the top deck of the pontoon

You can drive yourself or hire a captain for $50 per hour (captain counts as 1 passenger)

Check-In: Upon arrival, check in at the front where you’ll also receive a cart to help transport your belongings to the boat.

After Your Trip: When you return, our staff will assist with offloading — and if you’re not ready to head home, stay for live music and drinks at the bar to keep the good vibes going!

Cancellation Policy

Guests have the option to cancel their reservation with a full refund if done at least 48 hours before their scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after this time frame will not qualify for a refund. In case of adverse weather conditions, guests can either reschedule their reservation for a later date/time or receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
Changes to reservations can be made without any additional fees as long as they are made outside the 48-hour cancellation window.

The experience was amazing. Such a chill vibe. We had so much fun. We worked with Tyler on the booking. He was very responsive through text and if he couldn't get back to me right away because he was out on the water, he definitely responded as soon as he could. Miles helped us with the explanation of how to maneuver through the water and directions on how to get to Crab Island. I will definitely use surf n pontoons next time we travel to Destin

Tyler, our captain, took us on an exciting boat ride where we saw a few pods of dolphins before heading to crab island. After several hours of hanging out, throwing the football, listing to music and looking for crabs, it was time to attempt wake surfing. Tyler was patient and successful in teaching my boys and husband how to surf! Very fun activity, I highly recommend booking with “Surf N Pontoons”, you will not be disappointed! Don’t expect someone to teach you in 30 minutes lecture now. You can be provided safety training but once you are in the water is all you. That’s why you sign waivers… Inspect your boat prior to leaving.. And be responsible. Check weather data.
