Restrictions

  • No red liquids or dyes that could stain or damage seats.
  • No sharp objects that could puncture the seats.
  • Maximum of 13 passengers if a captain is included (14 total including babies).
  • Pontoons are not permitted in the open ocean (past the Jetty's).
  • Renter must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  • Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, must complete a Florida Boater’s Test (link provided after booking).

Cancellation Policy
Guests have the option to cancel their reservation with a full refund if done at least 48 hours before their scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after this time frame will not qualify for a refund. In case of adverse weather conditions, guests can either reschedule their reservation for a later date/time or receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for no-shows. Changes to reservations can be made without any additional fees as long as they are made outside the 48-hour cancellation window
